Local Impact

MAKING AN IMPACT SINCE 1924

The Plymouth Rotary is dedicated to the community, both locally and globally. Every year, we host a variety of fundraising events in addition to donating our time to help support local businesses, organizations, and nonprofits, and much more. This past year, our members continued to be People of Action and a proven resource for our community.

8 Recipients of our Memorial Scholarship with $34K awarded to date

8,672 BBQ Chicken Dinners served at our annual BBQ event, bringing in 700+ volunteers and raising $50K

35 years of our Golf Outing raising $25-$30K annually

12 Youth exchange students hosted

1,200+ Kits prepared for Days for Girls

618+ Four Way Test essays reviewed

10 Trees donated and planted at Maybury State Park

1,500 Bulbs planted in Downtown Plymouth with Interact students and community volunteers

Scholarships

Plymouth Rotary Club offers two types of scholarships: Memorial and Vocational Technical. We expect to award over $50,000 in scholarships this spring and encourage all local students to apply. Our current submission deadline has passed but will reopen in early 2023.
